SWIFTCURRENT LODGE POLICIES

Deposits:

1 or 2 nights stays require non-refundable payment in full at the time of booking.

Stays of 3 nights or more require a deposit equal to one night stay or 1/3 of the price of the complete reservation stay (which ever is greater) on VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMEX or Check at time of booking.

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
    
Bookings cancelled 29 or fewer days before start of stay will not receive any refund.

Check-ins:


Check-in is between 3:00 - 5:00 P.M. If your arrival will be after 5:00 p.m. please inform us so that arrangements may be made. Your check out time is 10:00 a.m. Anyone visiting you that is not a registered guest of Swiftcurrent lodge is considered a day guest. You must ask in advance about day guest approval, limits and fees.


Refunds and Changes:

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. 35.00 Charge back fee may incur.

Bookings cancelled 29 or fewer days before start of stay will not be refunded.

You are responsible for your entire reservation. No refunds are offered for late arrival or early departure.

We do our best to
accommodate our guests. Should you need to make a changes please call for available options.

PLEASE NOTE – We MAY require a 2,3 or 4 night minimum depending on season. We will waive this minimum when we have windows open between reservations. You may need to call to book this type of reservation. If the online booking engine allows you to book less than our minimum required stay, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation (no fee will be charged).

No pet policy.

If there is a pet, there will be a cleaning fee of $200 and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund for unused days.


We are a no smoking property.

We do have a designated smoking area. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property should they smoke in the non designated areas such as the balconies of the property and along the river. Any questions, please reach out to our staff. We try to accommodate everyone the best we can.

No Show:

 No Shows will be charged for the entire time reserved.


Day Guests and Extra guests:

    Day guests must be pre-approved and may be subject to $15/person/day.

    Extra guests that exceed the maximum room occupancy will be subject to an extra guest fee of $15 per night and must be pre approved. Please call before arrival. This allows us to prepare for your extra guest for a more accommodating and pleasant stay.
