SWIFTCURRENT LODGE POLICIES

Deposits:

1 or 2 nights stays require non-refundable payment in full at the time of booking.
Stays of 3 nights or more require a deposit equal to one night stay or 1/3 of the price of the complete reservation stay (which ever is greater) on VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMEX or Check at time of booking.

IMPORTANT: All prices shown are CASH PRICES. Credit Card purchases will incur a 3.75% non cash adjustment. If you wish to pay by check, leave a message in the notes area that you will be sending a check within 24 hours and we will not charge the deposit to your credit card.

New  COVD Cancellation Policy:
 

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
    
Bookings cancelled 29 or fewer days before start of stay will not receive any refund.

If the state of Colorado, and/or the home state of the person booking, is in a shelter in place mandate during the scheduled dates of the booking, the booking will be refunded in full.

Refunds and Changes:

Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. 25.00 Charge back fee may incur.

Bookings cancelled 29 or fewer days before start of stay will not be refunded.

You are responsible for your entire reservation. No refunds are offered for late arrival or early departure.

We do our best to
accommodate our guests. Should you need to make a changes please call for available options.




No Show:

 No Shows will be charged for the entire time reserved.


Day Guests and Extra guests:

    Day guests must be pre-approved and may be subject to $15/person/day.

    Extra guests that exceed the maximum room occupancy will be subject to an extra guest fee of $15 per night and must be pre approved. Please call before arrival. This allows us to prepare for your extra guest for a more accommodating and pleasant stay.
