1 or 2 nights stays require non-refundable payment in full at the time of booking. Stays of 3 nights or more require a deposit equal to one night stay or 1/3 of the price of the complete reservation stay (which ever is greater) on VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMEX or Check at time of booking.
Changes:
Changes to your reservation may incur a $25.00 per change charge.
New COVD Cancellation Policy:
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled 29 or fewer days before start of stay will not receive any refund.
If the state of Colorado, and/or the home state of the person booking, is in a shelter in place mandate during the scheduled dates of the booking, the booking will be refunded in full.
Refunds:
You are responsible for your entire reservation. No refunds are offered for late arrival or early departure.
No Show:
No Shows will be charged for the entire time reserved.
Day Guests:
Day guests must be pre-approved and may be subject to $15/person/day.
